Electra began the path towards the certification of its own Company System Quality in February 1999 and after one year it had conformed to rule UNI EN ISO 9001.
Electra has endeavoured to reach this goal because of the ever increasing request for quality, from its Italian and foreign clientele, but above all Electra is convinced of the principles for which this rule stands for.

4. General Quality Policy
4.1 Origins and reasons for the projectElectra has been operating for some years in the sector of automation and industrial electronics. Electra has gained considerable experience in the sector and their search for quality has always been one of their main aims. Driven by the clients with specific requirements, as representative of the user market (applications fields from the simplest to the most technical ones) such market requires products with restrictive characteristics, both in tolerance and time reliability. Electra felt the need to equip itself with a more complete and methodical instrument able to guarantee the respect of the specific characteristics of the product. In order to satisfy each client and to better its own quality management Electra adopted a Quality System conforming to rule UNI EN ISO 9001:94 as the best solution to its needs.
